The Administration and Support Directorate is responsible for:
conducting administrative proceedings
monitoring the timely adoption of regulations for the implementation of laws and other regulations and in this regard proposing appropriate measures
providing expert opinions on certain legal issues
monitoring, analyzing and legally interpreting regulations from employment relations
drafting a proposal for a preliminary estimate of funds for special and other purposes
drafting a financial plan and final account
controlling all activities related to the establishment of an information system
organizing inspection supervision over the implementation of laws and other regulations in the field of fire protection, the transport of explosive substances, flammable liquids and gases, as well as the transport of hazardous substances in the area for which the ministry is competent, preparing reports and information on the status and issues in the field of fire protection in the county.
